Grape Ape is an anthropomorphic giant ape. He is a member of the Yogi Yahooeys team in the Laff-a-Lympics.

He has purple fur and wears a green shirt and hat. He has a black bow tie around his neck. When playing in the Laff-a-Lympics games. He wears a red t-shirt with a "Y" on it.
Personality[]
He often just says "Grape Ape" in any situation, but he's capable of more speech.

- Grape Ape was the captain of the Apers (which was the replacement of the Yahooeys in a coloring book).
- His size seems to vary to match the need of the scene, from King Kong level (40 feet) to slightly larger than human size.
- He had his own show in the 70's called The Great Grape Ape Show. The opening tune was re-used as the theme tune for Platypus Duck on The 13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo.
